Leadership within the Household of Faith Network exists to serve connection, not to command it.
We believe Jesus Christ alone is the head of the Church. Leadership, therefore, is not exercised through control or hierarchy, but through service, humility, and faithfulness.
Network leaders do not govern local churches. Authority and responsibility remain with local church leadership. Those serving in network leadership roles function relationally—to facilitate connection, protect the Christ-centered culture of the household, and encourage healthy relationships among churches.
Leadership is recognised by trust, fruit, and spiritual maturity, not by title or position.
