Understanding the Heart of the Household of Faith Network

Why we exist

Dear friend, we are so thankful that our paths have crossed, and we consider it a rare privilege to have the opportunity to share the truth of God’s life changing power and grace with you.

The Household of Faith Network was formed out of a conviction that:

  • The local church must not be eclipsed by the pursuit of regional or international significance.
  • The Kingdom of God advances most powerfully where believers are known, discipled, and accountable in real relationships.
  • Collaboration in Christ multiplies impact without erasing uniqueness.

Our aim is not to create another institution, but to cultivate a household.

Why a Church Network?

Across the world, the local church remains God’s primary instrument for revealing His Kingdom in real places, among real people. It is in neighbourhoods, towns, cities and villages that the gospel is embodied, relationships are formed, and lives are transformed.

Yet in recent years, many churches have felt pressure to pursue growth models that prioritise scale, platforms, and institutional expansion. While large and international works have their place, they cannot replace the irreplaceable role of the local church rooted deeply in its community.

A church network exists to strengthen, connect, and mobilise local churches without replacing their God-given identity or calling.

Connect

“In the Household of Faith Network, we are learning to ask better questions.”

Instead of asking, “How can I grow my church?” we ask, “How can we faithfully reach the people God has placed among us?”

Instead of asking how do we become bigger and more visible, we ask, “How do we become deeper, healthier, and more faithful where we are planted?

Instead of asking, “How do I build my own ministry?”
we ask, “How do we walk together and strengthen the wider body of Christ?”
Instead of asking, “Who will lead or be known?”
we ask, “How do we keep Christ at the center of all we do?”

Instead of asking, “What model is working best right now?” we ask, “What is the Spirit calling us to be faithful to in this place and season?

What is a church network or network of churches?

A church network is a relational family of autonomous local churches united by Christ, shared values, and a common mission. Unlike denominations, which are often built around centralized structures and institutional control, a church network is built on relationship, shared life, and mutual support.

Each local church remains fully local, fully led, and fully responsible before God. The network does not exist to absorb churches into a brand, but to release them into greater faithfulness and fruitfulness where they are planted

Frequently asked questions

Our primary goal is to equip the saints for the work of ministry. We understand that local churches should reflect the unique contexts they serve and not be constrained by rigid structures or regional hierarchies. We believe in the beauty of diversity and the strength of individuality.

The Global Household of Faith is not a church denomination; it's a dynamic network of churches designed to help local churches whether denominational, nondenominational to thrive. We recognize that each church is unique and should reflect its community's needs and aspirations. Our approach is rooted in the authority of Biblical scripture, allowing your church to maintain its distinctive character.

The Household of Faith Network of Churches started with a deep conviction that the local church should be organic, contextually relevant, and free from rigid hierarchies. We believe that by God's design, churches are meant to thrive as independent, Spirit-led communities rather than regional or national franchises.

Our mission was inspired by the need to equip the saints for the work of ministry—empowering believers to plant and sustain local churches that are deeply rooted in biblical truth. We sought to create an environment where churches could remain faithful to Scripture while maintaining the freedom to follow God’s leading in their unique contexts.

Additionally, we saw the need for a relational network—not a denomination—that could support church planters, strengthen existing congregations, and steward resources effectively for the growth of God’s Kingdom.

What we believe

We believe the Kingdom of God is most powerfully expressed through local churches living deeply rooted lives in their communities. While large and global expressions have their place, they cannot replace the pastoral care, discipleship, and relational depth found in healthy local congregations.

We are not building an institution. We are cultivating a household.

Each church within the Household of Faith Network remains fully autonomous, locally led, and accountable before God. We walk together not by obligation, but by shared conviction, mutual trust, and love for Christ.

Our shared life is shaped by Scripture, prayer, and a commitment to model to the world what it means to live as God’s family.

What We Are Not

  • We are not a denomination.
  • We are not a platform for personalities.
  • We are not a growth strategy.
  • We are not a replacement for local leadership.

We are a household.

That our unity would not point to a movement, but to Christ. That our collaboration would not build a name, but reveal a family. That our faithfulness would bear witness to the Kingdom of God in every place we are planted.
